Becoming a member

Types of Memberships

  • Voting Member – Each condominium association that pays annual dues will be a voting member of the association, with one (1) vote per condominium member, regardless of size or the number of representatives. All board members, condominium managers and owners of member associations may attend MAC events. 

  • Associate Member – Vendors, service organizations, professionals and other interested parties. Associate members shall pay annual dues, but will have no voting rights. Associate members may attend MAC events.

Dues

Each Condominium Association is asked to contribute annual membership dues.  The 2024 dues are based on Association size as shown below:

40 Units or less    =  $ 35.00
41 to 80 Units       =  $ 50.00
81 or more Units  =  $100.00

Associate Membership = $ 60.00  

 Dues are payable by:  January 31, 2024

Contributions (Dues) allow MAC to defray the costs of membership meetings, insurance, supplies, postage, legal fees, required registrations, Zoom, website hosting and maintenance, speaker fees and other reasonable expenses required to run the organization.  All MAC officers and board members are unpaid volunteers.
