Becoming a member

Each condominium association that pays annual dues will be a voting member of the association, with one (1) vote per condominium member, regardless of size or the number of representatives. All board members, condominium managers and owners of member associations may attend MAC events.

Dues

Each Condominium Association is asked to contribute annual membership dues.  The 2025 dues are based on Association size as shown below:

40 Units or less    =  $ 35.00
41 to 80 Units       =  $ 50.00
81 or more Units  =  $100.00 

 Dues are payable by:  January 31, 2025  (Click here for a copy of our 2025 Dues Invoice)

Contributions (Dues) allow MAC to defray the costs of membership meetings, insurance, supplies, postage, legal fees, required registrations, Zoom, website hosting and maintenance, speaker fees and other reasonable expenses required to run the organization.  All MAC officers and board members are unpaid volunteers.
